[Food Review] 軒外之音 | 蒲種美食 Puchong Food | 蒸功夫 Kungfu Steam Seafood - 蒸出來原味精華 ♥


現代人首選,食物無味精無鹽無油無糖的食物。位於蒲種的蒸功夫 Kungfu Steam Seafood 完全符合無味精無鹽無油無糖,還有養生鍋。店家引進特製汽蒸鍋烹調料理,從海鮮到蔬菜,全部都用蒸的,完全不需要添加任何調味料。食材新鮮,海鮮種類也多,讓你吃出最鮮甜的原味!




The Cube 這裏的泊車位非常方便。如果你在附近,蒸功夫的招牌大大吸引你。




水族箱裡有各式各樣活跳跳的海鮮,而且食材也做到價格公開、透明化,讓客人吃得安心。

這裏是醬料區,種類非常多啊!

有蔥花、香茜菜、冬菜、辣椒仔、姜絲、蔥蒜、炸蔥、泰式青辣椒醬、醬油辣椒醬、天麻辣椒醬、超級辣椒醬、泰式甜辣醬、甜醬、蝦米辣椒醬、香港蝦米膏、蔬菜醬等等,可見店家誠意十足啊!


Set Lunch Menu (come with fruit & drink)

Noodles Lunch:

Starting from RM 12.80, customers can choose their preferred bowl of noodle with just 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Choose the base (Superior Soup, Tom Yum or Curry Laksa [+RM1.00])
Step 2: Select noodle (Ramen, Mee Hoon)
Step 3: Select ingredient (Seafood, Chicken Sliced, Fish Ball, Bursting Beef Ball, Australia Beef Sliced)

Add RM 1 to get herbal drink or add RM 2 to get soft drinks or Lemon Tea, along with watermelons.

值得一提的是,這裏 set lunch 的分量大份不在話題外,老板娘也毫不吝嗇的給足料,湯底更是非常濃稠到味。

- Superior Soup Base
用煮棒骨多時間熬出來的高湯,非常鮮,加上手打魚丸非常有嚼勁吶!



- Curry Laksa Soup Base
咖喱laksa的湯頭是傳統口味,味道非常香、辣度和濃稠度都剛好,吃多了也不會覺得膩。



- Tom Yum Soup Base
辛辣冬炎面的味道很鮮甜不會太濃,酸酸辣辣的湯汁, 邊吃邊飆汗!

想吃新鮮的海鮮不用去海邊附近的餐廳了,位於Puchong的【蒸功夫】餐廳以供應新鮮和鮮嫩的海鮮為主,海鮮也很多種類給你選。蒸功夫推崇保持食材的新鮮口感和原本的味道,樣樣海鮮都精心處理。新鮮就是要吃清蒸!

當一切新鮮材料準備就緒上桌後,會有專人前來招待,所以你只負責掏空肚子,好好的享用眼前的海鮮就可以了。值得提一提的是,這裏專人都非常專業,每樣食材的蒸煮時間都不一樣,他們都可以一一記得,在限定的時間內拿起,所以海鮮絕對不會過蒸或過熟。

Live Clam (Kepah) 生猛沙白
沙白的味道全被蒸出來,每個都被蒸到張開大口,肉肥且鮮甜,非常開胃啦!


Live Red Snapper 生猛紅皂
魚的營養價值很高,而這只生猛紅皂,肉色澤雪白,肉味鮮美醇正營養豐富。但是清蒸,都能吃得出魚的鮮甜,不必配任何的調配料。


Premium Mud Crab 特號肉蟹
肉蟹顧名思義是以蟹肉豐滿取勝,是一年四季都能吃到。蟹肉很豐滿新鮮,連大蟹鉗裏都充滿著蟹肉,肉質也非常緊實和肥美,非常享受。


Live Tiger Prawn 生猛老虎蝦
蒸蝦要取肉質肥厚者為佳,所以虎蝦再合適不過。老虎蝦肉質甜美有彈性,蝦頭更是滿滿蝦膏,新鮮飽滿肉質彈牙,讓人吃起來的感覺會更加的滿足。蒸虎蝦最難拿捏的是時間,如果時間過了話,就會導致肉質變得粗糙,浪費了鮮美嫩滑的肉質。這一點蒸功夫拿捏得非常好。


Black Truffle Chicken Paste with Lotus Root 黑松露雞肉餡蓮藕
黑松露雞肉餡蓮藕非常特別。這是店家自打的魚膠釀,餡料加上雞肉餡兒還是很美味。肉質嫩味道香濃,加上與黑松露同吃,芬香之餘更能帶味。


Cheese Smoke Duck Ramen 芝士煙鴨麻香菌拉面
這一道在外面吃不到。拿那濃濃的芝士味,帶點微甜,但口感很好。拉麵清爽彈牙,加上菇類恰到好處。


Mix Vegetables 雜蔬菜盤
雜蔬菜盤混合了各種不同顏色的蔬菜,營養更均衡,一上桌就讓人目不轉睛。看似簡單卻能將美味完美融合,清脆可口,自然散發出的鮮甜。


Pumpkin & Kampung Chicken Porridge 金瓜菜園雞粥
這粥是在最早前放下鍋裏的。蒸鍋一邊蒸海鮮,一邊慢慢滴入精華到最底層的粥。入濃稠的醬汁燉燜,一鍋集結了天地最精華的美味,人間美味誰抵擋得了啊!
